These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey and any disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey

Our aim is to resolve your concern as quickly as possible and to acknowledge all emails within 24 hours of receipt. If we are unable to resolve your concern by initial response, we will endeavor to resolve the issue within 7 working days. If we have been unable to resolve it within this time, we will update you on the progress made and advise you on how much longer we anticipate it will take to resolve
