Activity Sessions & Community Access Support Services

New Horizons Activity Sessions and Community Access Support Services provide a range support options that enable people to live with independence, access their communities and have opportunities to socialise.

Our Activity Sessions and Community Access Support Services provide a real personalised alternative to the traditional day services, community outreach and respite services provided on the Island for children and adults.

We believe all people should have the opportunity to socialise, access local events and participate in their local community, whilst also continuing their own self-development regardless of their disability. Our flexible services are accessible to individuals with mild/moderate needs and those who require specialist support. Our services can be funded privately, or if arrangements are in place, through Health & Social Services funding.

New Horizons are Approved Providers of Short Breaks Respite Services for Children, Outreach Short Breaks Respite Services for Adults and Home Care Services with The States of Jersey and so you may be able to apply for funding for our services.

Further information on the Long Term Care Scheme and Approved Providers can be found on The States of Jersey website.

Whether your care is paid for by private or public funds, we can deliver a high quality service to you, tailored to your individual requirements.
